THE VILLA

From its scenic perch in Peterborg, this Caribbean luxury villa captures incredible views of the sea and nearby, Magens Bay Beach. Pallina’s stunning interior with accommodations for ten showcases its sweeping views of the Caribbean with its fresh decor and chandelier lighting. You’ll appreciate Pallina’s fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout the estate. There is dining for ten indoors as well alfresco dining areas on the upper terrace for ten and a flat top griddle and barbecue outdoors. On the lower terrace, you’ll love relaxing on the covered veranda, lounging in the sun, and splashing around in the salt water swimming pool. ACCOMODATIONS

Villa Pallina has accommodations for ten spread across four private bedrooms plus a king bed in the main living area of the pool level casita apartment and three and a half baths. On the upper level, the Master has a private master bath, Magens Guest Room and The Garden Guest Room share a Jack & Jill bath and there is a half bath off of the main living area. The pool level casita apartment also has a bath that is shared between the king bed in the main living area and the private queen bedroom.

  • MASTER BEDROOM

    Located on the main level of the villa is a master bedroom with a canopy King Bed and double sliders that open out onto the upper terrace with a cozy seating area just outside. The Master has sweeping views of Megans Bay, an attached master bath & walk in closet.

  • MAGENS GUEST ROOM

    Located on the main level of the villa is Magens Guest Room with a Queen bed, a slider with access to the upper terrace and unobstructed views of Magens Bay and the pool deck below. Magens Guest Room shares a Jack & Jill bath with the Garden Guest Room.

  • GARDEN GUEST ROOM

    Located on the main level In the Garden Guest Room there is a King Bed (which may be split into two twin XL beds upon request) and windows with views of the lush landscaping and peek-a-boo views of the pool and Magens Bay. The Garden Guest Room shares a Jack & Jill Bath with Magens Guest Room.

  • POOL LEVEL CASITA

    At pool level is a casita apartment with King Bed. Although the casita apartment has its own private entrance separate from the main level, please note that the king bed in the casita is in the main living area and is not completely private. Double sliders exit onto a private terrace with sweeping views of Magens Bay.

  • CASITA BEDROOM

    In the casita apartment is a cozy private bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom is located in the pool level casita apartment which shares a space and bathroom with the king bed in the main living area of the casita. There is also a kitchenette in the casita and direct access to the pool.

THE LOCATION

Feel like exploring? St. Thomas is known for its incredible snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving tours that take you around the island’s gorgeous inlets and mangroves. If you’d prefer to stay dry, check out some of the island’s historical sites, like Black Beard’s Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. The island’s capital, Charlotte Amalie, is where you’ll find most of St. Thomas’ boutique shops, restaurants, and nightlife establishments; however, the furthest reaches of St. Thomas are easily accessible with a short drive, making the entire island yours to discover. When it’s time to head for the beach, Magen’s Bay Beach is a quick 5 minute drive and Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh beaches are all within ten-kilometers.
